About the Committee
Its mission is to communicate engineering geology and related geoscience topics accurately, accessibly and responsibly, while strengthening the visibility and institutional identity of IAEG Peru.
The Committee supports the communication of technical seminars, webinars, field activities, publications, projects and institutional initiatives. It helps connect academia, industry, public institutions, professional organizations, students and the wider community through clear, high-quality and scientifically sound communication.
Operating under a structured and accountable framework, the committee ensures seamless execution through centralized coordination with the Executive Committee. Operational success relies on deep collaboration with universities, professional associations, national institutions, international organizations and technical partners to expand the reach and impact of IAEG Peru initiatives.
The Committee operates through coordinated planning, defined responsibilities, shared timelines and close communication with the Executive Committee and other IAEG Peru committees.
Its work is based on collaboration among members with different technical, communication and organizational skills. The Committee supports the preparation and dissemination of accurate content, promotional materials, event communications, institutional announcements and public-facing resources.
